The best gadget ever

This is a terrific app and hardware. It identifies INSTANTLY what is wrong, gives you the capability to clear out any gremlins in the system because we know sometimes the computers glitch. When they do not glitch it us critically important to be able to assess what is wrong. The app then compares your results to other cars' history and even predicts what the market cost of the parts and the repairs should run!

What a rip off. I received this as a Christmas gift. It cost my mother-in-law $49. It is useless unless you sign up for a $65 a year subscription. This is a classic bait and switch operation. It's illegal and I am filing a complaint with the BBB. There are over 100 BBB complaints just like mine. I hope there is a class action lawsuit - I will get in on it.

My car as originally stated 2014 v8 4.4 diesel. Assured the unit would work. My model IS NOT LISTED. My car has varioud warning lights yet Fixd says no issues!
Email after email not meaningful response.
I will persue for Full refund.

I ordered a Fixd unit on October 24, 2020. Unit arrived on October 31, 2020. I tried every means to get this thing to work with no luck. Their help line is no help. I also had a hard time trying to get a return authorization. After an additional day of trying, I finally shipped it back on November 04, 2020. They told me I would get a refund for the unit but not for the warranty as the warranty is NOT covered in the refundable category. I couldn't find anything in my documents that stated that so, BUYER BEWARE.
I think this entire fixd business is a scam.

It is a great app/ tool. Very useful and handy to have. It is easy to use and tells you in simple terms what is wrong

I bought two FIXD devices in July. I have never received them. They are now offering full refund but have given no explanation whatsoever as to why they were never delivered. This has been a total waste of my time. My advice is look elsewhere.

The amount paid for this sensor and it appears that you dont cover europe with different services I feel that I have been short changed by this and would like this matter looked into and resolved asap.

I have an older Ford pick up, I knew what was the problem w/ it, yet wanted to "check" my new fixd on it. Worked perfectly !
Also tried it afterward on my 2016 Soul, which had no problems; again, worked great, showing all clear !
